Hello to the hounds of Bellingham and your awesome parents! The Trail Hound idea all started with our Shiba Inu, Rupert and his best friend, Bandit. They love to romp in the woods and run along with us on mountain bikes on the trails of Galbraith Mountain. One day we decided to make the Trail Hounds idea a reality. Why not allow other dogs the freedom to sniff and play in the woods while their parents are at work or dealing with life? Decompression walks are a very important part of a dog’s day. That’s why we decided to start this “dog-venture.” All dogs deserve to be outdoors and small group, dog walking on the trails makes it that much better. We had a baby in 2020 so now the amazing dog handlers pick up and hike with the dogs while McKenzie runs operations. We are really excited to meet more hounds of Bellingham!
